What are advanced access rights?
Select inFlow plans include features that let you customize team member access rights, allowing you to control what each team member can view and edit. Higher-tier plans include additional features that are part of Advanced access rights.
These improvements help you easily manage who can view or change your data in inFlow, making sure you feel confident and in charge of your information.

Standard access rights
The default access rights features in inFlow enable the admin to determine which areas of inFlow are accessible to others.

Advanced access rights
As mentioned above, advanced access rights include additional features to secure your inFlow data, restrict access to it, and restrict order editing. Take a look at the list of included features below.
- Location-based restrictions: An option to allow team members to access only specific locations in inFlow.
- Restrict access by sales rep: This option allows sales representatives in inFlow to view only the customers and sales orders they are assigned to.
- Purchase order approvals: This option allows team members the ability to approve purchase orders. There may also be purchase order approval limits that further restrict purchases. Team members with approval access can review this guide for detailed steps on approving purchase orders.
- Closed transactions: This feature allows orders in inFlow to be closed or locked after they’re completed, after a certain date, or after a specified number of days.
