Can multiple people use inFlow Cloud?
Yes! Each plan comes with a minimum of two team members. You’ll probably see your productivity go up the more people you have using inFlow.
How many sales orders are included?
Each inFlow plan includes a set number of sales orders based on your billing cycle (monthly or annual). If you exceed the number of included orders, inFlow will simply charge a nominal rate for the extra orders as follows:
$0.20/order for Entrepreneur
$0.15/order for Small Business
$0.10/order for Mid-Size
$0.05/order for Enterprise
Your sales order limit resets monthly or annually based on your billing cycle.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We are GDPR compliant and take your privacy and security seriously. That’s why we use 256-bit SSL encryption backed by Microsoft Azure.
Is there any training or onboarding for inFlow?
You bet. As an inFlow customer you’ll have your own dedicated customer success manager (CSM), and at least two hours of onboarding included with your plan.
Onboarding means exclusive one-on-one demos with your CSM, who will listen to your needs and help you figure out how to best use inFlow at your business.
We also offer additional training at a rate of 99 USD per hour.
What’s support like and is it different from onboarding?
Once you’ve finished training our support team will help you with troubleshooting or answer questions you might have about inFlow.

What happens after the 14-day trial?
After your trial ends, you’ll need to subscribe to a plan to continue using inFlow Cloud.
But if you need a bit more time, just reach out to sales@inflowinventory.com.
How do I buy or subscribe right now?
If you already know inFlow is right for you, that’s great! Simply sign up for a trial and wait for an email from us.
Once you’ve verified your email address and loaded the web app, you can pay for a plan by going to Main menu -> Options -> Company settings.
Can I change, upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You’re free to switch plans or switch from monthly to annual at any time. You don’t even need to contact us to do it (just use the web app).
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
In order to cancel your inFlow subscription, you can follow the steps outlined in our Learning Center article.
If you cancel within your first 30 days, just contact support@inflowinventory.com for a full refund.
Which reports are available in each plan?
inFlow doesn’t just help you manage orders, we also offer business intelligence to help you understand your data and take the right steps to grow.
Our most affordable plan comes with 32 different kinds of reports, while higher-tier plans have access to all reports in inFlow, including reports for manufacturing or tracking sales team performance.
