How do I switch from the DYMO integration to inFlow Label Designer?

inFlow’s DYMO integration will be deactivated as of March 26, 2024.

DYMO Label Software—which our older integration relied on—is no longer supported by DYMO themselves. So the time has come for us to replace it with a more flexible option.

Can I still use my DYMO printer with inFlow going forward?

Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to use your DYMO printer to print, even after March 26, 2024.

The only difference is you’ll use our built-in Label Designer and Print Helper to do so.

Our Label Designer lets you create your own labels with lots of flexibility on sizing and style, and our Print Helper lets you print from virtually any label printer—including DYMO models.

What should I do to prepare for the update on March 26?

Unfortunately there isn’t a way to migrate your existing DYMO labels to inFlow, so there are two things you’ll need to do to prepare:

  1. Set up your labels in inFlow Label Designer (~20 minutes for most businesses)
  2. Set up inFlow Print Helper on any Mac or PC attached to a label printer.

Are there other advantages to this change?

We think you’ll enjoy using the Label Designer, but switching away from the legacy DYMO integration will also allow you to:

  • Print labels over the internet via web, Windows, and mobile
  • You’ll be able to use label printers from other brands like Zebra and Brother
