Let’s face it – getting the right people into your small business is hard. But going through piles of resumes from different online job boards, websites, etc., is even harder. Luckily, we recently found this neat little web app:
Resume tracker lets you list your jobs on multiple job board or even integrate it with your own website. And when applicants submit their resumes through those listings, it will automatically help you sort and filter them based on the criteria you want. And of course, stuff like metrics, support, easy interface, etc comes standard with the app.
