inFlow Cloud customer spotlight: Eddy Home

Here at inFlow we’ve always made it a priority to record customer feedback to see how we can improve, but there’s nothing like a site visit to really put your own design to the test. So earlier this year we visited one of our local inFlow Cloud customers, Eddy Home, at their warehouse here in Toronto.

Our goal was to see how real people were using inFlow Cloud, so we had people from our quality assurance (QA), user experience (UX) and developer teams along for the ride. We try our best to keep customer stories and workflows in mind when we design new features, so putting the people who code and check features into the same room as the people who will use them can make a world of difference.

Eddy Home creates a smart suite of water monitoring solutions, with devices that can intelligently stop the water flow to a home or building. They use inFlow Cloud to track their warehouse stock, initiate work orders for devices, and record their sales.

During our visit we ended up recording enough footage to create an internal presentation about how their different teams were communicating and working together through inFlow. Insights like this helps us decide on what to develop over the coming quarter, and see which features are really resonating with our users on an everyday level.
