How do I choose between inFlow Inventory, Manufacturing, and Stockroom?
inFlow Inventory is the product that’s right for most businesses. It has everything you need to manage inventory, purchases, and sales in one system. Choose inFlow Inventory if you’re in field service, B2B wholesale, or distribution.
inFlow Manufacturing has all of the same features and adds manufacture orders, bill of materials, and operations. Choose inFlow Manufacturing if you build new products from components or raw materials, or if you regularly sell kits or bundles.
inFlow Stockroom is a scan-in and scan-out inventory solution with a focus on speed and simplicity. Choose inFlow Stockroom if you need a really easy solution for tracking consumables or office supplies.
Can I switch from one inFlow product to another?
Yes, you can upgrade from inFlow Inventory to inFlow Manufacturing.
If you want to switch back later on, just contact your Customer Success Manager and they’ll help you with this process.
Is there any training or onboarding for inFlow?
The base package provides check-in sessions with your in-house Customer Success Manager (CSM). Your CSM can show you the most helpful parts of inFlow for your needs and set realistic goals for a go-live date.
You can also purchase packages with more one-on-one training, or pay for data importing or training at an hourly rate.
Note: Onboarding and training is generally to help you get set up and learn inFlow, we have a separate technical support team to answer questions and help you with troubleshooting.
Does inFlow offer in-house technical support?
Support is included with each inFlow subscription and provided by our in-house teams in Toronto and Lisbon. So if you ever need help you’ll be speaking directly with experts from inFlow, and not with any third party.

Although inFlow’s mobile app runs on most smartphones, you’ll get work done faster with the Smartphone Scanner. It’s a splash-proof, 5-foot-drop tested Android device with a built-in laser scanner.
You can use it for receiving and fulfilling, creating orders in the field, transferring stock, and more.
