I like the team of people that built it. I like that they genuinely care about my issues. And the quality of the software reflects the solid engineering behind it.
We're a small medical distribution company with 2000 and we have been using inFlow for 7 years. Customer service is very helpful and reasonably quick. The software is easy to use. Does what it says on the tin.
Pros: clean layout, easy to update, user friendly purchase order and sales order setup, multiple ways of tracking and reviewing product/customer history, dependable program for everyday use, quick, friendly, and thorough customer service responses, active community of users to share and solve issues (and issues do get solved!), you get benefits out of the program in proportion to the information that you put into it. Cons: not able to change product type (non-stocked/stocked), could use a more intuitive and detailed accounting aspect before this becomes your main accounting program, inventory menu options seem too segregated (it would be easier if checking stock, adjusting stock, setting up new categories was on all one screen or condensed, however there are links to each action from the main inventory screen)
PROS: Easy to use Easy to navigate around and to look for any information It is functions like one of the big ERP softwares, yet much cheaper and easy to configure. CONS: Still needs some more robustness especially with stock movements and history reports
We purchased this software for a small warehouse to keep inventory and it works perfect for our use. I don't know what I would do without it. Also, I keep finding more useful ways to use it as time goes on. Thanks!
I own a world wide LED company and the program has been great for the company
After searching through a plethora of different invoicing and inventory systems, all of which either didn't have the features we required, or were a custom designed system and ridiculously expensive, I stumbled across this little beauty. A simple interface which makes it quick and easy to train my team to use it efficiently, coupled with the advanced inventory features like FIFO or Moving Average pricing make this product one of the best investments our company has ever made (besides hiring me!). Although it didn't have absolutely everything we required in terms of reporting or support for GST at the time of purchase, because of it's design it was quite a simple workaround for me to design a custom reporting solution which actually made me love this product even more. Also, the few times i have required any customer support, the customer support team have just been fantastic. Super quick and efficient with their responses.
It is the only thing that keeps us organized to do business on a daily basis. It is perfect for a wholesale distributor who is inventorying several thousand items.
During my business life I have worker with many so called accountancy, stock reconciliation software so good, some poor and some just plain rubbish all being very expensive and most being less than customer friendly. When I started my own company some two years ago I wanted a straightforward software programme that would provide me with all the information that I would need to run my business without costing a arm and a leg and at the same time I did not have to have a degree in software management. I came across Inflow when searching the web, I tried if, loved it and it have become a trusted tool for running my business. If there is a problem it is caused by the time difference between here in the UK and Canada. If I need answers to a question I have to wait to Canada wakes up. You can go to their helpful website. inFlow is so easy to use. It has an intuitive interface and so much functionality. The team are really receptive to feedback and have incorporated a lot of what was on our wish list for enhancements. I have installed it for 3 companies so far and all have been happy.
