inFlow On-Premise
has been sunset

It is no longer available for sale or for download

What does sunsetting mean?

We discontinued support for inFlow On-Premise (i.e. inFlow v3) on July 31, 2024.

The costs of supporting and providing security updates for older On-Premise technology were increasing each year, and there was a limit to how much value we could provide. So our team has decided has to shift our focus to our cloud products.

Do I have to stop using inFlow?

inFlow On-Premise may continue to work on your computers past the sunset date, but you will no longer be able to activate new licenses, and we will no longer provide technical support.

Can I still access the knowledge base articles?

Yes, you can still access the On-Premise knowledge base for on our inFlow On-Premise site.

If you use inFlow v2, you can download a copy of the inFlow v2 knowledge base.

How do I get my data out of inFlow On-Premise?

If you need to get your data out of inFlow On-Premise, you can create a backup to transfer all your data to use in our newer cloud-based system, inFlow Inventory.

  1. On-Premise users: find the article called “How do I export data from inFlow On-Premise?
  2. inFlow v2 users: search the PDF for “How do I export transactions or other data from inFlow?”
