If you’re like most other entrepreneurs, you may find that small business marketing proves to be one of the greatest challenges you may run into.

With countless advertising options and opinions of what’s right or wrong, trying to market your business can sometimes leave you feeling overwhelmed.

However, according to Danny Iny (a renowned author and entrepreneur), small business marketing can be made simple.

He has written a free resource known as the “Naked Marketing Manifesto” which helps simplify the whole marketing process. In the manifesto, he describes the 5 key questions which form the basis of a simple yet highly effective marketing strategy when answered.

The five key marketing questions:

1) Do you know who your ideal customer is?

2) Are you getting your ideal customer’s attention?

3) Does your ideal customer want what you’re offering?

4) Are you creating opportunities for them to commit?

5) Do you exceed expectations, and ask for more?

By asking yourself these questions, you “strip down” to the core of your business and uncover the fundamental truths about what matters the most.

In the manifesto, Danny goes into significant detail about each question  including how to profile your customers using psychographics, the six buttons of buzz to get your customers attention and much more.

We liked the content so much that we took a “Naked Marketing Audit” with Danny where we answered the above questions for inFlow Inventory on video.

The video below will give you a inside look at the marketing behind inFlow and hopefully some ideas of how you can apply the principles to your small business too. Enjoy!
