Archon Systems Inc. (“Archon”), is a corporation incorporated pursuant to the laws of Ontario, Canada.  All references in this Policy to “we”, “us” and “our” are references to Archon.

    1.     1. When you first access our Websites, you will see a “pop-up” cookie notice, generated by our third party cookie management tool provided by Osano, Inc.  The tool will record when you have consented to this Policy and what choices you have made using the tool to manage the cookies.

Depending on the jurisdiction from where you are accessing our Websites, we ask for your consent to place cookies or other similar technologies on your device, except where they are essential for us to provide you with a service that you have requested, or the Websites will automatically load all cookies but you will be given the option to turn off by category all but the essential cookies.
