inFlow Holiday Gift Guide 2016

There are a lot of great small businesses that use and support inFlow, and with the Holiday season drawing closer, we thought it would be fun to share a few gift ideas made by our own users. The list is admittedly a little North American centric, but we do let you know if the shop provides international shipping!

Without further ado, let’s talk about presents:

PRACTICAL PRESENTS

Equally useful and colorful socks from Snow Weasel

  • ToddyGear (ships to US/Canada): People don’t necessarily think to themselves “Boy, do I need a microfiber cloth”, but we have yet to meet a person who isn’t glad they have one around. ToddyGear micfrober removes dirt and oil from your tablet and smartphone screens, and comes in cool designs to make sure you’ll notice them in a bag or purse.
  • Snow Weasel (ships Internationally): The Snow Weasel offers over 40 different pairs of awesome socks so can ensure your friends always put their best foot forward.
  • The Sorry Deer Soap Company (ships to Canada): Dick and Ev decided to buck the trend of spelling the phrase as “Sorry, Dear” and decided to name their store after all of the deer around their home. They make hand-make soaps and oils out of their HQ in Chatham, Ontario!

LOOKING SHARP

Punch Drunk Panda

  • Punch Drunk Panda (ships Internationally): Punch Drunk Panda does not specialize in bear boxing, but rather exclusive bags and lovingly crafted pencil cases that are designed and made in-house (in the Philippines!).
  • Sseko Designs (ships Internationally): All of Sseko Design’s beautiful products are handmade in East Africa; proceeds provide scholarships for women entering university! These are products that are easy to feel good about buying and wearing.
  • The Men’s Shop (ships Internationally): From Kanye Cufflinks to Wooden Pocket Squares, the Men’s Shop has a fantastic selection of accessories, in case you’d like to help someone take their style to the next level.

FOOD IS LOVE

Ticket Chocolate

  • Ticket Chocolate (ships to US/Canada): You will have to purchase the beautiful handmade bars and S’mores from Ticket Chocolate, but once the box is in-hand, you’re free to remove it from the packaging and apply directly to face.
  • Discovery Coffee (ships to Canada): Wake up to the smell of hand-picked beans; roasted in-house in small batches. Discovery Coffee only ships to Canada on their website, but you can ship to the US by emailing roastery@discoverycoffee.com.
  • ZI OLIVE (ships to US): Everybody could use olive oil around the kitchen — the only question is what flavor it should be. Zi Olive features funky flavors like bacon, butter, and jalapeno and should prove to be a great unexpected gift for your more culinary-minded friends.
  • Seasonest (ships Internationally): This isn’t Sage advice, but the Holidays can be stressful if you’re running out of Thyme. You can help to make things easier by sending care packages with Seasonest spice blends to your friends.

SEND IT WITH A CARD

Modern Family Cards

Modern Family Cards (ships Internationally): Depending on where and how you grew up, family can be a very broad term. We like that Modern Family cards acknowledges that there are all sorts of people you could consider family, and they’ve created beautiful cards to make it easy to send a little love this Holiday season.
