If you selected the Simplified Chinese version of inFlow, or you were trying to save Asian characters into inFlow, but the characters show up as boxes, you're probably using Windows XP Service Pack 2, which doesn't come with the Asian characters by default.

To fix this, please go to Control Panel, and select Regional and Language Options. On the Languages tab, select the Install files for East Asian languages checkbox, and click OK.

It might ask you to insert your Windows XP CD, so please do so and click OK:

Once the language files are saved, it might ask you to restart your computer, and once your computer is restarted, you should be able to run inFlow and see the Chinese characters.

If you're not using Windows XP, or the above steps didn't help, please send us an email at support@inflowinventory.com, and we'll help you from there.
