I just run an update on inFlow, but it fails to update the database, what can I do?

If you're getting this problem with "Error updating inFlow database", please try updating to the latest version 2.0.1.0 first, as it contains a number of fixes for updating the database. You can download this patch from here.

If the problem persists, please send us an email to support@inflowinventory.com and attach a backup of your database. It's probably too large to email, so try putting it into a ZIP file (by right clicking it and selecting Send To Compressed ZIP folder or using a program like WinRAR). If it's still too large to email, please use a file transfer service like yousendit.com or sendspace.com.

Along with that, please send us the information from the program log file. You can open this by opening the inFlow Inventory program group in the Start menu and selecting "Program Log", then copy and paste it into an email.

Then we'll look into the problem and get back to you ASAP. Sorry again about the trouble!
