Personal Preferences are options that are applied only for the current user. In contrast, the options in Company Settings affect all users of the system.

To access the Personal Preferences screen, select Personal Preferences from the Settings menu.

You can modify your password here by typing in a new password and confirming it.

From the Preferences tab, you can set the Show Warning Dialog option to choose whether you want inFlow to show you confirmation dialogs. Most users will want to keep this option set to Always, but expert users may wish to avoid pop-up warnings by selecting the Never option. If this option is set to Never, your changes to entities like Customers or Sales Orders will be automatically saved. Otherwise, you will be asked if you want to save your changes if you haven't already done so.

You also have the option here to set whether or not you want to allow us to collect anonymous information on how you use inFlow. This will help us to see which features in inFlow are the most heavily used, and allow us to prioritize improving these.
