How can I make a change to an order that I’ve already marked completed?

To do this, go to your order list and locate the order in question.  In simple mode you can simply click the re-open button.


This will reverse the order and allow you to make the necessary changes and re-complete.

In advanced mode go to the order tab and click the re-open tab.


This will undo all the picking, packing, shipping, and payment for this order, but leave the original order intact.  You can then redo the picking, etc., making the adjustments you need.  This procedure is the same for purchase orders.
