  1. How many inFlow licenses do I need to buy for my organization?
    If you'll be the only person working with inFlow, then you'll only need one license.   2. Are there any hidden or recurring costs when purchasing inFlow?
    No. Your initial license purchase also provides you with one year of free upgrades and support. You may choose to purchase additional software upgrades beyond this point. We may also offer optional paid support contracts later, although there are no immediate plans to do so.

  3. Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations?
    We don’t yet have a policy about this, but we do want to contribute to help non-profits with their valuable work, so we will evaluate this on a case-by-case basis. If you are a non-profit interested in inFlow, please contact us at sales@inflowinventory.com so that we can discuss it further.

  4. What kind of support will I get?
    For the Free Edition, we offer an online forum where you can ask questions.
